Informatics Equality Award, devoted to initiatives seeking to encourage
and support the careers of women in informatics research and education.
Minerva Informatics Equality Award: Now Open for Submissions
Presented by Informatics Europe & EUGAIN COST Action
Sponsored by Google, with Award prize of EUR 5,000!
The Award recognises outstanding European initiatives and best practices
which
- encourage and support the careers of women in informatics research and education;
- demonstarate a measurable impact on the careers of women at all stages;
- serve as exemplars within the community, with the potential to be widely adopted by other institutions.
The Award will be given to
- an individual or to a group to be used for further work on promoting gender equality;
- winning candidate(s) affiliated with institutions in one of the member or candidate member countries of the Council of Europe or Israel.

- past Minerva winners
- members of our Diversity & Inclusion Working Group
- members of EUGAIN, the COST Action on Gender Equality in Informatics initiated by Informatics Europe in 2020
