Second call for EAPLS Board Members candidates
EAPLS has served over the years as an effective platform for researchers in the area of programming languages and systems; we function as a distributor of conference and job announcements, offer registration fee reductions, are involved in Europe-wide strategic discussions on the future of research in our area, and hand out best paper as well as best PhD awards in the field.

Currently we are in te process of renewing and revitalising the EAPLS board. With this mail we invite like young, enthousiastic, visionary researchers from the programming languages and systems field who are ready and willing to carry the torch to come forward and present themselves as candidate board members.
Female and young (post-doctoral) researchers are especially invited to come forward.
Board membership involves a yearly physical meeting at the beginning of the year, as well as further meetings as circumstances dictate, and participation in discussions and award procedures.
Depending on the number of candidates, we may decide to hold elections.
Please make your candidacy known soonest, but no later than
