15 vacancies at Eindhoven University of Technology M&CS department

The number of students at TU/e is growing rapidly. Which also has its impact on the increasing number of students at the M&CS department.

In addition to the growing student numbers in the existing educational programs Mathematics and Computer Science, the TU/e has initiated and developed a new Data Science educational program at BSc, MSc and PDEng level, in close collaboration with Tilburg University. We are doing very well in both student inflow as well as in acquiring research projects and in performing high-quality research. We believe in the strength of our department and in the Data Science developments. To maintain and further improve our educational and research programs we are currently extending our scientific staff. 

We are looking for assistant professors in the following research areas:

• Business Process Intelligence 
• Databases 
• Data Mining 
• Mathematical Modeling, Simulation and Optimization 
• Process Mining 
• Statistics (2 fte)
• Visual Analytics 
• Health Management of Embedded Systems 
• Security for Data systems

Next to the positions of assistant professors we are looking for a full professor Database Technology.
